Mr. Furtek is a senior financial executive with experience advising healthcare companies on mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, bankruptcy, and growth. He has successfully created and executed strategic business plans. He has significant experience with all facets of financial and administrative management, providing leadership to all business functions and a track record of leading transactions.

Before founding the firm, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Home Health Corporation of America, as both a publicly traded and privately held company. He also worked in the Middle Market Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1991 to 1997 and with Graham Partners, a private equity firm, from 1988 to 1991.

Mr. Furtek is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
