Ms. Rosica is a senior operations executive in the behavioral healthcare field with significant experience managing, growing, and starting programs. In addition to advising companies, she has held a number of corporate leadership positions, including National Director of Professional Development, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Service Delivery.

She has specialized knowledge in the physical and behavioral healthcare fields including developing strategic plans, managing new business development, driving operational restructuring, implementing organizational change, identifying alternative funding sources and revenue streams, training personnel, developing programs, and identifying and implementing industry best practices.

Ms. Rosica holds a Ph.D. in Leadership from Andrews University with a focus on organizational change.
